There are lots of ways to help end human trafficking other than just donating. While many of us may not have the opportunity to work on the field rescuing slaves, we can still help them out by purchasing fair trade products! Fair trade products are put forth by companies who have been investigated and confirmed that both domestic and international workers are being paid and scheduled appropriately. They are not working extensive hours and they are receiving fair compensation for their work. The #1 way you can help put slave owners out of business simply by adjusting the way you shop!
